By booking a chandelier cleaning service with Pristine Chandelier, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.

Our Services

We provide professional chandelier cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include hand-cleaning of crystal and glass chandeliers, inspection, and minor adjustments. We do not provide electrical repairs or rewiring services.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided
• Final pricing may vary based on actual chandelier condition and size
• We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with work
• Payment is due upon completion of service

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred timing
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on chandelier complexity

Insurance and Liability

Pristine Chandelier carries $2 million insured liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear to chandeliers
• Damage caused by faulty installation or mounting
• Electrical issues unrelated to our cleaning service
• Items not disclosed prior to service

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service, customers should:

• Provide accurate information about chandelier size and condition
• Ensure safe access to the chandelier area
• Inform us of any known issues or concerns before service
• Clear the area below the chandelier of valuable items

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve any concerns.
